Pink Pearl Apples

Check out these apples! I thought they were so pretty. They are an heirloom apple from Eastern Washington. Extremely tart! I bet they would be awesome to bake with. They were very small though. I don't know if they are ordinarily this small but mine were about 3 inches across.

Such a pretty bright pink color inside! I didn't know that when I first bit into it - what a surprise!
